Elizabeth Lang (She/Her)
Diversity Equity and Inclusion Expert.
Elizabeth is an optimist who derives great energy from connecting with people through meaningful dialogue. Elizabeth believes in the power of education and consciousness to create positive social change. Her work is guided by this belief, captured in the words of the great late Madiba who said "Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world".
Sadaf Ismail
Women Empowerment & Change Management Expert
With over 20 years of experience in senior management in the Federal government and ‘not for profit’ sector, Sadaf has worked with women across various backgrounds to assist with migration and settlement matters in the refugee and migration space as well as employment opportunities in the jobs sector.
Sadaf's early professional work life commenced as a university lecturer in the Social Science field. Sadaf is an alumni of the prestigious Salzburg Seminar. Sadaf has also recently successfully completed overseas deployments for the Federal government in relation to Capacity Building projects in which she worked closely with women in different countries. Sadaf is a published author internationally and has acquired facilitation qualifications in Canada on Personality Dimensions which harnesses strengths of individuals and equips others to coexist productively. Having acquired training skills in Australia, Sadaf has several years of experience in facilitating workshops on subjects of Team Building, Change Management, positive workplace culture etc. In her private life, Sadaf is an avid golfer and a member of a private golf club in inner Melbourne. Sadaf brought her entrepreneurial skills to establish a highly successful golf tourism business to take golf tours to international exclusive destinations. '
Abiola Ajetomobi
Lived experience: Equity, Inclusion and Leadership
Abiola has more than 20 years of management experience in local and state government and not-for- profit organisations both here and overseas, coupled with a background in business, humanitarian, financial services, and social entrepreneurship. Abiola has a Graduate Certificate of Management of Not-for-Profit Organisations from Australian Catholic University, where she was honoured with the Inaugural Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Innovation Alumni Award 2020. She is also a 2021 alumni of the For-Purpose Executive Leadership Program at Melbourne Business School.
She is the founder and lead consultant of Leading Impact NOW. A lived experience-centred management consulting firm with equity and Inclusion at its core.
Tendai Togara
Leadership and Transformational Coach
Tendai is a sought after transformational specialist and advocate for cultural change. Tendai consults with civic, not for profit and religious leaders with a background of real estate, retail , business administration , leadership development training and team building and conflict resolution. She has a way of bringing in depth insight and great sensitivity, Tendai balances truth and transparency to shift frustrated audiences from distractions and non performance to clarity and bottom line results.
As a leadership and transformational coach, I am excited to join this highly experienced and credible team of women who, with our array of expertise, we can work with organisations across the spectrum of change that is heavily influenced by their internal and external communities to deliver equity and inclusion outcomes that advance the organisation mission.
Leadership plays a crucial role in leading and sustaining culture; given the systemic change focus of our partnership, I am pleased to see my contribution informing how leaders can be worthy custodians of culture. My role will be to take leaders on a journey of reflection and action to achieve diversity, equity and inclusion agendas that transcend tenure and contribute to the fabric of an inclusive society.
